A tight three-piece: SAM MPNG out front on lead vocals and electric bass, with drums and guitar behind him. Everything you hear is played live. The set moves between hip-hop cadence, rock weight and afrobeat groove without ever dropping the room's energy — and it is built to work on a festival stage at 4pm just as well as at midnight.

Sam does not stay behind the mic stand. Crowd interaction is not a moment in the set, it is the format: call-and-response, breakdowns played off the audience's reaction, and a frontman who has spent three years learning how to hold an arena from the side of the stage — and now does it from the middle of it.

Sam bleibt nicht hinter dem Mikrofonständer. Publikumsinteraktion ist kein Moment im Set, sondern das Format: Call-and-Response, Breakdowns, die auf die Reaktion der Crowd reagieren, und ein Frontmann, der drei Jahre lang von der Seite der Bühne aus gelernt hat, wie man eine Arena hält — und es jetzt aus deren Mitte tut.
